Trad.Attack!
Created in 2013, Trad.Attack! is an Estonian trio that has literally turned the Estonian music market upside down by bringing traditional music and long-vanished village voices to big stages, first covers of the magazines and becoming a source of inspiration for the young generation in Estonia. They have become influencers and taste makers for young generation of musicians by breaking rules and creating their own distinctive musical style. The band has toured in 37 countries and received 28 Estonian and international awards.
Trad.Attack! plays their own interpretation of Estonian folk drawing inspiration from archive recordings of Estonian folk singers and instrumentalists. Trad.Attack! brings their voices to the 21st century building modern sound and pulsating rhythmic structures around them, with incredible modern drive, power and charisma. The latest album Make Your Move (2020) – their fourth – demonstrates the pure power of the three band members. Deeply rooted in spells from a long-forgotten time, the album is full of magic and empowerment.

Trad.Attack!
Trad.Attack! on kääntänyt Viron musiikkikentän päälaelleen tuomalla folkin isoille lavoille ja valtamedian otsikoihin. Yhtye on pokannut 21 musiikkipalkintoa, kiertänyt 37 maassa Chilestä Australiaan ja esiintynyt muun muassa Eurosonicissa, WOMEXissa ja WOMADissa. Suomessa yhtye on viime vuosina piipahtanut muun muassa Savoy-teatterissa, Helsingin Juhlaviikoilla, Nosturissa, Juuri Nyt Urban Folk Festivalilla ja Tampereen Klubilla.
Uusin levy MAKE YOUR MOVE ilmestyi keväällä 2020.
Inspiraationsa Trad.Attack! ammentaa virolaisen folkin traditiosta ja arkistonauhoista, jotka yhtye päivittää tälle vuosituhannelle moderneilla äänimaisemilla ja sykkivillä rytmeillä. Liveshow’ta siivittää täysin vertailematon draivi ja karisma.
